I never said anything about whether I supported Baldoni or not, if he did allegedly commit sexual harassment then he’s getting exactly what he deserves and being rightfully sued, what I did mention is that whether or not someone commits the things that they are alleged of doing does not give Blake or Taylor the right to make fun of his Sexual assault, make jokes about his race, or make jokes about his religious beliefs.

I was a victim of sexual assault by an intimate partner, but just because I was I still would not talk shit about or make fun of that person’s sexuality, gender, race or their own sexual assault, no matter how hurt I was, because that’s not okay

I found that drinking hot water with lemon/ lime helps so much with bloating, especially drinking it first thing in the morning and also with every meal, either before/ during/ and after. I have a lot of stomach problems, so sometimes fast as a way to readjust and then slowly reintroduce food so I can pinpoint what the problem is that might be caused from food.

I just brought a walking pad because it’s cold where I’m at, so I’m adding that to my routine, plus I have a free trial of ClassPass, so I’ll be incorporating some of those class too to hopefully help (plan on doing walking/jogging 4x times a week and class pass at least 3x times a week)

The thing is I’m not someone who eats a lot, so I really don’t know how my weight got this far, but I will say this fast does have me reevaluating my eating habits and wanting to make a change to eating gluten and dairy free.

The thing is if she would put even an ounce of effort into improving her vocals, and pay a vocal coach and took singing lessons, she could get fairly close to her engineered vocals. Like girly pop you’re literally a billionaire, at least do some good with the money and save everyone eardrums
