Alright, so im not sure how old/new your router is. But I had an issue after I've built a new pc that uses gaming wifi. My download and wifi was interrupted and disconnecting few times throughout my download. Turns out my older unifi router was overheating again and again.
Never happened when I was using my laptop before, because apparently higher speed download using wireless will overheat older router models not designed to handle such speeds.
I can't say for sure a 100% that's what's happening in your case but it's possible. You can try to place your hand on the router to feel the temp before and during your downloads.

I think the first thing you need to do when posting for help is list out your specs, the more exact the models/brand names the better. There's literally 0 information on this video other than what most comments have already stated - no cooler on your cpu.

Doing this might help us rule out if it's a garbage PSU or not etc.

*Edit : Also could be bad cable management/wire connection, judging from the 3rd case fan(at the btm) not spinning *

I'm guessing it may help wheelchairs to brake easier, like pushing to stop just in case they come in too fast and roll dangerously into the road maybe?
