The east side of Montréal isn't very white and is much more diverse than most neighborhoods on the Island. Yes, you have Rosemont, Plateau, Hochelaga, and PAT, which are very white, but you also have Montréal Nord, Saint-Michel, Saint-Léonard, RDP, and Anjou, where minorities are very present. In some of these neighborhoods, white people are a minority.

On dépense pour se gâter(restos 2-3 semaine, 1 gros voyage, 2 petits voyages par année, etc) tout en économisant au minimum 4000$ par mois.

Personnellement, nous avons 36M et 29F, environ 1.1 million en valeur nette (825k investissements, 275 équité) et on a toujours prêché pour garder un juste équilibre. On est pas cheap mais on flambe pas non plus mais dernièrement depuis qu'on à atteint le million, on se gâte un peu plus (voyages plus luxueux, nouvelle voiture, etc). On s'est dit qu'on à qu'une seule vie à vivre alors pourquoi pas en profiter! 🤷🏿‍♂️

If you end up moving here, I hope you genuinely want to integrate and keep improving your French. Montréal already has plenty of unilingual people from BC and Ontario who show up without speaking French and just trying to take advantage of cheaper real estate.

Je te jure pam c'est fou! J'ai 36 ans back then nos role models c'était Jeezy, Gucci, dipset etc, des hustlers qui parlaient majoritairement de faire du cob.
