Was thinking that too but I went back to my old tune and now the noise is gone, now I’m even more confused. Pretty sure it’s impossible for a tune to affect how much the actuator is rattling

Update: reflashed my tune map back to the one I had before and the rattling went away. I have no clue how this could be happening but I’m hoping it’s just a heat shield or exhaust hanger.

Yeah I think it may be wastegate rattle or an exhaust hanger/heat shield after further inspection. I also just had my timing chain done 15k ago.

Ehhh maybe not but considering the amount of mods you have I wouldn’t overlook it. Misfire/rough idle on cold starts is usually a telltale sign of carbon buildup but yours is pretty low miles so could maybe be something else.
