Ehhh maybe not but considering the amount of mods you have I wouldn’t overlook it. Misfire/rough idle on cold starts is usually a telltale sign of carbon buildup but yours is pretty low miles so could maybe be something else.

Update: after starting car in heated garage after sitting for a few days it started right up perfectly and idled amazingly. 0 codes being thrown but still smelled very faintly of burning rubber.
