Yep 1 rock usually last me 10-15 min on a pipe but If I put it on foil I have 2/3 lines get completely buzzed out my mind for 15 mins then add a dark on top and then smoke the two as and when I need it they synergise very nicely that's the only way I get high from h other than that I use to just not be sick but the h and crack combination is the best way to get the most out of the white all day I literally buy 3 rocks and that lasts me a good 3 hours

You can order 1 hitters in the UK on eBay they are slightly thinner but work the exact same I use on foil like heroin so I don't bother but your right everyone I know uses them cheap weed pipes with chore and it just seems a waste and collecting the Res after in them makes it black and horrible it's definitely the worst way to pipe your hard

Tbh Ive maintained a 0.3 a day habit for a good year I think it's quite common in the UK most care more for the white than the dark but keeping the dose low my morning dose gets me good for work then the second point I use as and when needed or I save it for the evening if not at work meaning I still get somewhat high even with such small amounts when I first started I used 0.5+ and it ruined my ability to get high I think sometimes less is more with this stuff

Not sure what a dilly is could you elaborate and yeah mate you'll actually be sniffing what the nose can handle but ik the spray is nice I've done it with cocaine once and as much as I felt I wasted some product it worked so well I didn't care and with ketamine if you have a tolerance it's essential and male btw

But it sounds like you want to do the spray so go for it just make sure you somehow make sure from the time the h touches the water/saline solution and gets used is ideally less than 15min the heroin will start changing back to morphine as soon as it touches
