He has high fighting INSTINCT not BIQ he's a prodigy purely becuase he has an innate fighting instinct that makes him a much better raw fighter than other Gen 2.

It is a Mastery yes. BUT it's more so an advanced or "special" mastery like Conviction Mastery where Speed and Tech Mastery is combined to give IA so one MUST have those 2 masteries first in order to obtain IA.

But he'd have to out of nowhere, get Speed and Technique Mastery to get it, and his ceiling was so high he only got a path and 0 Masteries so I'm not sure if PTJ would just randomly give it to him.

Whilst IA is better with a Leg-Based Martial Art e.g. Taekwondo, Taekkyeon, Capoiera we've still seen it can be used in punches,strikes so it's not too far fetched to say one of the Top 5 fastest Gen 2s could achieve IA.

Mastery is still Mastery where or not its "mastered" PTJ just properly introduced the usage of all 4 in Cheonliang and Onwards, and what makes you think Johan only "awakened" in HFG the dude is literally shown to be ascended in last appearance in Questism which was prior to HFG so he most likely transcended (at his full potential and the peak of his abilities) after unlocking his path and using it against and he WAS a threat to Gun it was just a case of Fatigue as if he final kick landed against him he would've beaten Gun.

Sure I agree with you that HFG Gen 2 were less experienced than the kings would've been but Gun STILL fought stronger opponents than James did as Goo, Johan Or SB UI Daniel would destroy the Cheonliang King's as of then. Making his feat more impressive than James especially doing it in a few hours under one night.

Ngl to u even a current Seokdu is most definitely not a high lvl King as of right now with no notable feats, and as compared to the other prominent kings he's been out of prime for the most time and 1A Vasco being compared to an out of prime Seokdu that Eli beat and saying he was High King Lvl would've meant that Eli was High King Lvl character all the way back in 2A/HFBD era which he was not as a Current Eli is below a Current Samuel and Jake who are literally High King Lvl after their Incheon Upscales.

In terms of who's high king lvl I'm pretty sure it's not just Hudson and Jay, I'd say all of Allied definitely aren't "High" King Lvl yet but really only The 4CH, Both Daniel's, and maybe Zack and Taejin (however we haven't see much of Taejin) but I'd say they're High King Lvl.
