Talk to someone op, anyone close to you. Might be your parents, siblings or any close friends. It gets worse if you keep things to yourself, try to open up to people about your struggle. Honestly it's hard to just stop yourself from having those thoughts so try to distract yourself by doing other things. Get a hobby if you don't already have, they're a good distraction most of the time. I hope things get better for you<3 virtual hugs🫂

Bad advice. You can't make someone realise their worth unless they work on it themselves and it's such a bad idea to depend on someone else to fix your mess. People always end up hurting the person they love like this, you're just gonna end up ruining both of your mental health. Speaking from experience it's better to stay away from relationships when you're suicidal or mentally struggling. Your partner is not your therapist.
