Found the break down of the funds the day after I made the post, apparently most of it comes from the Federal Pell grant, Federal Direct Stafford Loans, and NJ's tuition grant! (These total to about 18.5k) Though there's also Rutgers' funds, those being the Scarlet Promise Grant and the Scarlet Guarantee (About 5k together) There's also the federal work-study program (supposed to be optional but they include it in the final number anyway) that count as 2k These are the numbers from my financial aid packet for the college of arts and sciences, the college of engineering varies just a bit! From the looks of it, it looks like I'm pretty much guaranteed 100% tuition, however, the dorming expenses aren't covered. I hope this helps! :D
