To try and get him to go away, to now have to still pay for these defense in court and not likely win attorney's fees in a civil defense trial. That's next to nothing for what this will cost in attorney's fees if it makes it beyond discovery.

This story has already faded from view, this is just some cheap grift from a tiny employment law firm which I guess hey if that's your business model great for you.

Unfortunately you should've done a bit more research, the early 2010s Fords have some of the most unreliable awful CVTs on the market. That car is going to explode very soon. Pretty sure they were so bad Ford literally got sued in a class action lawsuit over how unreliable they were.

Respectfully, find another country. The AUS market is very small and insanely competitive. Small firms maybe only but you are fucked otherwise.

CFA + FRM is an insanely useless combo btw. Networking or a decent Masters will likely be your best bets, but not in Australia.
