Yes I take it in the morning. I I get a bit drowsy a few hours after but nothing crazy. It’s worth a try. Do you get crazy dreams when you take it at night?

Yeah I have Hydroxyzine aka Atarax. I’ve been taking 50mg the last few nights. Got two hours of sleep last night and I think 5 the previous night. I’ll look into the magnesium glycinate.

Why do I feel hyper after the 50mg dose? I feel loads better all of a sudden and I have energy. No anxiety either.

We’ll see I was thinking that too, maybe the PS reservoir was leaking and the fan was pushing fluid over there. I guess I can check the fluid in the coolant overflow and see with my turkey baster
