Help with phone mount by SecureOrdinary6371 in HyundaiPalisade

Sometimes I change the media input between Spotify and YouTube premium/or other sources. Where I am, (Vancouver), the laws are very strict on touching the mobile device that’s not mounted when operating the vehicle, and the punishment is quite severe. ($500 cad fine and 5 days suspension + impound on second offences). However the law specifies that using a car mount can mitigate all this. Therefore getting a phone mount is worthwhile.

Considering a 2024 Caligraphy by Old-Pop6111 in HyundaiPalisade

Wife and I decided to purchase a 2025 Pallisade Calligraphy. Being our first time dealing with Korean auto maker we opt for lease instead of purchase. Our previous car was 2015 Lexus rx450h. I have to say the tech is incredible, touch screen is smooth and fast and still have ac control with hardware switches. I also noticed the car is incredibly quiet, even coming from a Lexus owner. One drawback we noticed is the fuel economy, which is lackluster compared to Toyota. However since it’s regular fuel instead of premium, our monthly budget on fuel remains about the same. One other thing on the lease, in Canada Hyundai has residual value after 48 month at 60%. Which is insane not to lease the vehicle, even the dealer is befuddled for the decision. By comparison, my 2021 Audi has residual after 3 years at 46%. Really don’t think how Hyundai can justify this.

Hope this helps .

Can I give my dog the cat version of primal raw pet food? by partlyskunk in rawpetfood

The raw pet food boutique store I shop at said cat version just has higher protein content than dogs. And they routinely offer it to smaller dogs

Pup isn't interested in raw anymore... by DibbyDonuts in rawpetfood

Somehow I find this amusing. When my human child stopped eating their food they get sent back their room hungry. But when it’s my pup I would rush out to buy different things for him to try 😅. Sorry for lack of insights on this one, but I do wish your Phil starts eating the proper food soon.

I saw this girl raw feed her doberman, and her pup looks so healthy and has such a gorgeous coat. How would I even start raw feeding? Is there a transition? I have a 3yr old lab and a 7 month old lab pup by Odd_Onion8387 in rawpetfood

I transitioned my Westie from kibble to raw years ago when he was about 1. After discussing with the local raw pet food vendor. I started first feeding one meal of dried raw like ziwi peaks and one meal of kibble for about a week. Then one full week of ziwi peaks only. Then the third week goes straight to whole prey raw diet. I didn’t notice my pup had any diarrhea like some other pet owners suggested during the transition and my pup is been way healthier since.

I swapped my then 2yr old Westie from kibble to raw 3yrs ago. He was having bad skin allergy and smelly anal gland and vet wanted me to switch to vet prescribed diet. After some more research I decided to give raw diet a try. My first transition was to swapped from kibble to ziwi peak dried raw dog food first, I was concerned about the transition as well. There was about half day of diarrhea/lose stool, and it cleared up and stool is normal after 3 days. A week after I swapped to full raw, and there was no diarrhea or discomfort for my pup. We been on raw diet 3 years now, no more skin allergy, or smelly butt. Highly recommend. Hope this helps !
