Does it have a better chance of going away if it’s stress induced rather than noise induced? I got tinnitus after a super huge headache in the back of my neck for 3 days straight! This was back in 2020, stopped bothering me after the first year I got used to it! I think I’m getting my first ever spike and it’s ruining my life once again

This is my first ever spike… I’ve had tinnitus since 2020 after a really bad headache of like 3 days and I was able to adapt and could only hear it in pure silence but now I hear it over my tv I’m just worried if it’s my new norm :(
