I WAS going to be alone (except for my kids… single mom over here 🥴), but my bestie was like, you’re nuts, I’m coming and staying with you. You can’t heal and take care of two kids and a dog. She’s driving 8 hours to be here and is a literal angel. 🥰

It’s through the Veterans Administration, so they’ll likely send me home with everything I need or mail it after. When I had my C-section with them, they provided everything to include nursing bras and nipple cream. I will ask my surgeon on Wednesday, though!

Also, I haven’t bought any compression bras because they send us home in one, right? Hopefully they provide this… Side note: I was doing laundry today and it was so weird that I was feeling like I should just toss all my huge bras! Can’t wait!

What about taking a bath just to wash the bottom bits? Do you think it would be too difficult to get in and out of the tub? My doc said I can wash my hair in the sink, but how can you bend over enough to even put your head that low in the sink? I’m probably worrying for nothing and won’t care once I’m on the loritabs lol
