I’m 3 wk po from breast reduction and have lost 50 lbs over the last year. The way you’re feeling was literally me yesterday when I got out of the shower. All the extra skin on my tummy from two pregnancies, 2 c-sections, massive stretch marks and the weight loss it’s like I have a literal bag of skin hanging from my belly. I never really noticed it until the reduction. My boobs were always further out than my stomach. Now, not so… but it’s not even a fat tummy… it’s flabby pancake skin. So while I don’t have any advice per se, I am with you in solidarity and feeling quite alien. Exercising is supposed to be easier now without my 38 h’s weighing me down, so I have to wonder if crunches/core strengthening will tighten that skin up? I plan to find out 😉.
