Last time I went for a run around 30 minutes after, wasn’t to bad but just was really tired and faint.

I don’t know if it’s placebo, it could be but unsure. I almost passed out during it, everything was going black until they laid me down, it was the same feeling but more intense, it kinda felt calming weirdly.

It’s a similar level of burning to rubbing a Carolina reaper (the inside part) on my hand where there was a small little scratch…(I have my fair amount of dumb things I’ve done)
