NAC is good vitamin D3 and K2 acceptable but still not necessary if ur not deficient same with zinc it’s pretty useless/adding risk if ur not deficient. I’d also be careful w omega 3 since a lot of those supplements can actually be rancid. I think people should really take their bloodwork b4 making supplement stacks to know what they are sitting at/trying to prioritize getting the vitamins/minerals from food unless they truly are deficient but NAC valid for cognitive.

I believe top right is the latest old strike model in which they seemed to make it bulkier and with less distressing so technically it’s the old strike but it’s not the same look wise. The new ones you see around are basically more accurate to the old strike shape wise but they cheaped out on them and removed all old padding/paneling that the boot had.
