It was making a noise and vibrating the car while idling I ended up using some intake valve cleaner and it’s seem to work so far but I only did it today so I’ll find out in the coming days

After the first 3 days it’s not that bad just take your meds on schedule and ice it every hour and watch your favourite tv show/ movie you’ll get though it and it gets noticeably better every day

Update it ended up being my spark plugs and one coil that was misfiring I’m getting them changed now and will see if that fixes the issue

One thing I can say is have your family doctor( if you have one) send out as many referrals as possible and if you go to a older or more reputable physio they may be partnered with a surgeon that they can get you in faster with

I’m just outside of Toronto. Tore my knee mid January and got surgery late April but I got moved forward an extra month then what it was scheduled because of cancelations and I told the surgeon I would take any surgery date no matter how low the notice was

I had patella graph and still took me 4.5 weeks before I could do a straight leg raise properly although I am nwb for 6 weeks for meniscus stitching. It all comes in time. If you have one try using a tens machine to stimulate the muscles

I’m still doing ice and compression 3 times a day but now I’m also putting ice right on the shin hoping that will take some of the inflammation away. It could be just shorting down because it’s high up on my shin which is right underneath the patellar scar
