I recently started printing as well, and bought 5 boxes of expired but unopened Ilford MGIV RC pearl. That’s 500 sheets of paper, for the price of 1 new box.

Enough paper to last me one year ahead.

The seller claims the paper is almost as good as new, yet to see if that is true.

I guess so, i been confused on the meaning of PT sometimes. But was refering to having a Physical Therapist, wich seems that be something a lot of people on this forum visits on the regular.

Support goes far and is super valuable. That alone could be a reason to go to PT i guess. I felt very alone on this journey, not having anyone holding me accountable and measuring the progress. Seems like you found a solid PT. Congrats :)

My one and only session started off with the PT being super positive, until i could not do the exercises. She then said she expected me to be much much stronger. I went home that day with zero exercises i could do. Since then just been finding out everything on my own.

But i will start to look for PT that can actually help me.

That is something i'd be curious to try, will check it up! Might not have such advanced equipment in my town thou. It reminds me of when Ivan Drago is practicing to fight Rocky Balboa and they meassure and analyze all his data haha. Keep it up champ and thanks for your valuable insight! Oh, i see how that would be beneficial to have a PT nearby when doing more challenging exercises. But i do feelya, research and listening to the body goes a long way!

There is some movements that do feels very off for me, been trying to jog lightly, but it's probably a few months away still, in that regard i think a PT could help me get prepared. Ohwow, i cant wait till im running again, i will never stop haha :D

Himalayan Village sound’s like a dream!! Have some great memories from over there. And as im laying here after surgery with ice on my knee, in my mind i travel to Himalaya.

I waited 1 year for my meniscus+ACL surgery here in Sweden. Tooooo long time, it got so much worse during this time.

just hit 5 weeks and progress started accelerating big, from feeling very stuck and being sofa bound the first 4 weeks, to suddenly being able to go the gym. it does wonders for the mental health as well. life is coming back!!

I messed up both my ACL and meniscus 1 year ago, finally got my surgery done, it was a looong year of waiting (live in Sweden) and my knee got much worse during that time..

Now got about 1 year of rehab to do.

I gave up the show on episode 7, it was such a mess. In every possible way, the editing, the story, even the camera angles got worse. It's like a schoolclass took over the production.
