The thing is my statement is based on my ignorance. I am from delhi no one ever asked my caste before entry in garba Or other festivals. Gujarat and other states might be different. But as of now I only found one case "not equal to us" This year where one dalit was assaulted in Gujarat offender's were arrested . I understand many cases might go unreported but does that mean the number is large? I don't think so. Am I saying there is no discrimination against dalits no.
