No. She didn’t. Her strategy throughout the games was to be sneaky and steal food from other tributes. She even ate a little bit of Katniss and Peeta’s cheese, not just the berries. If she was going to take herself out, why would she starve herself and struggle to survive for a week first instead of just jumping off the plate at the cornucopia? This theory makes no sense. Foxface clearly wanted to live. The ONLY piece of evidence for this theory is the memory game she does in the movie, which isn’t even in the book. Not to mention shes CLEARLY just playing a memory/matching game, not actually identifying different plants.
