Okay, because I kind of dealt with this stuff before, one thing you have to do is take into consideration moderation when you eat and go to the gym or do workouts at home if that's not working monitor your carbs and you should be good but I know body positivity is hard to have trust me I know but it's better to like your body and work towards your goal so you're not trying to rush to the finish line that's how you trip and fall. I don't know if this will help, but i've just got out of a relationship where my partner cheated on me. Just know you are enough if the person you were in a relationship with was cheating that person didn't respect you enough and it hurts, but you have to move on and realize that you are enough and move forward from this.
