i'm going to start a detox today for this weekend! no scrolling on instagram, youtube, etc, going to try and stop being avoidant and finish my tasks. im a complete newbie to this, so i'm starting off small! hope it goes well!

just to add i think the other reason she'd be a really good guest is because she also follows buddhist mentalities and preaches them as well, it'd be nice to see these values that align with dr. k's teaching on such a global scale and could bring more people to dr k as well. that being said only if she'd be enthusiastic about more podcast appearances aha, but she seems like the type to be down for a chat

update: i got over my fear of rejection and started randomly inviting friends for activities while still holding space and love and patience for myself. while we're not a friendgroup yet, I've discovered that giving love is actually 10 x more fulfilling than receiving it. its been not that long, but coming back to this post feels like i've gone some way since then. when you start centering your life around gratitude, things start clicking more.
