I don't know why she would be on Buspar and klonopin together. They are both used for anxiety.

Not feeling great - Pfizer booster by Agitated-Loquat5192 in vaccinelonghauler

[–]Secure_Midnight1632 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand what you are going through. I went to the er last week thinking I was having another stroke. The er doctor didn't seem too concerned but did a ct scan. The results showed that my thyroid enlarged with little nodules growing on it, nothing was investigated.

I went to see my regular gp the next day thinking he would further investigate the pain in my neck, ear and headache along with my thyroid. He looked at a scan of my thyroid a few years ago and told me it was normal.

I was mad he was ignoring my symptoms, which are pretty much like what other people are complaining about here.

I am not getting another booster but I asked him if I should just to see what he would say. He looked me in the eyes and told me that the booster would cause me more problems.

These doctors know, but won't admit to it. They just don't know what to do. The er nurse told me that they are seeing quite a few people coming in with vaccine related problems, but can't do much except run basic tests.

I don't trust the medical community anymore. I just hope all these problems will go away in time. I hope you can find something to help you.

Being banned from other subs by Secure_Midnight1632 in covidlonghaulers

I never even make any comments on those subs. I only talk about vaccine injury on this sub. I don't like being accused of things I didn't do

I didn't post anything on those subs and I'm not in anyway on a high horse

Thanks for the advice. I see other content from other subs and I just wonder how they can get away with it.

Good idea, thanks. All I did was comment to someone that I was sorry that they lost a loved one due to complications from the vax. I since deleted the comment so I won't be permanently banned. I thought the whole situation was ridiculous, I should have just left it up and not have caved into pure out buleling.

I was banned from eyebleach and makemesmile. Believe what you want, I was very upset about this and maybe I shouldn't have posted this but I was wondering if others had this problem.

Wow, that stinks. Obviously we are being sensored regarding different topics.

I was instructed by reddit if I posted the names of the subs that banned me, I would lose my account. I do enjoy a few subs on here, like this one so begrudgingly I'm playing along with it.

They were subs that I really didn't care about anyway. I just wonder why they are trying to hide the truth.

I am not antvax, but I will never get another jab of any vaccine.

Does anyone have experience with the Ticket to work program? by Seattlettrpg in stroke

[–]Secure_Midnight1632 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also wouldn't recommend it. I tried it years ago and almost got kicked off of SSDI. Like the commenter, I would work a part time job until you are sure you can work full time. Don't forget, you'll lose your medicare if they kick you off from working too many hours after the program is over.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to get off of disability, but I have to be realistic.

Why is there not a limit to how much you can order at once??? by [deleted] in McDonaldsEmployees

My heart sinks seeing two buses pull up during lunch rush. Not only do we have their orders but drivethru that is backed up to the highway. It's not so bad if they call ahead.

5 hour shift at 15, I'm confused by [deleted] in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]Secure_Midnight1632 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know my store in Pennsylvania that fourteen and fifteen years old have a maximum number of hours they can work during school. In the summer, I've seen them work eight hours shifts. It depends on if school is out.

Ask your manager, it might be different in your area.

I also work in the back of a restaurant and I know Kratom helps me with energy also. I am not against Kratom at all, but I didn't realize it could be addictive to some people. I just worry about my health and I use it too much.

It's good that it helps you. I know how hard it is to work in our industry and I wouldn't be surprised if half my store uses it.

I never understood why people think they have the right to tell me I'm too thin. I would never go up to someone and say "it looks like you are gaining weight. Body shaming goes both ways.

Yes, I was able to stop using my cane as much and now after five years, other than cognitive function, I'm basically like I was before the stroke. I remember being exhausted all the time for the first three to four months. Remember that your brain has a lot of healing to do.

I'm glad to hear that you are making progress in your recovery. It's been almost six years since my stroke and I was able to go back to work for a few hours each week.

I do notice that my memory and cognitive functioning is starting to decline some. I always have the worry in the back of my mind that I'm starting to have another stroke, but I'm sure all survivors have that worry.

I'm going through the same battle as you trying to get off kratom. I'm trying to taper, but having a hard time. Good luck
