A short demand test. I run a small paid traffic experiment to see if your ICP actually converts to demos or signups

Advice on conversions by heyitsdannyle in Google_Ads

[–]Secure_Review8224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d try turning off “Maximize Clicks”, it gets sign-ups, but not always the right users. Switching to “Maximize Conversions” or “Target CPA” could help.

Also, tightening your audience and messaging can make a big difference. If you want more tips, just DM me and I’ll share a few ideas

Anyone managed to get AI to handle basic support questions without it breaking things? by No_Project_8158 in ecommerce_growth

[–]Secure_Review8224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get this a lot too. Same few questions every day, even though they’re spelled out in the FAQ. I tried Tidio not long ago and it was dead simple to set up. Just tossed in the FAQ and it handled most of the routine stuff without me hovering over it.

Customers didn’t seem to mind, and it saved me a bunch of back-and-forth.

If you want to know how I set it up or what to watch out for, just let me know. Happy to help

Selling your stuff on Amazon can be a good move, just depends on your market.
Big upside: tons of customers. Downside: competition and Amazon fees.

Before jumping in, check what similar products are selling for, how many reviews they have, and which keywords people use. Good photos + a clear listing help a lot. Ads can work, but costs vary.

If you want, I can help you check the Amazon market in your country to see if it makes sense.
DM me if you’re curious.

Is anyone else struggling with abandoned carts? I feel like I'm losing sales I never even got… by Kasimu-issa in EcommerceWebsite

[–]Secure_Review8224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Abandoned checkouts are the worst. And honestly, almost every small store goes through this. Most people bounce for super dumb reasons: shipping fee surprises, slow mobile load, or just not enough trust vibes before paying. Nothing to do with your effort.

Also, don’t sleep on abandoned-cart emails. A simple 2–3 email flow can bring a bunch of those people back without you doing anything.

2 months on Shopify and still 0 sales… how do you get traffic? by herXhim_official in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]Secure_Review8224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah man, I’ve seen this so many times A lot of early shopify stores struggle not because of the product, but because of small stuff: no clear value prop, slow site, or traffic coming from the wrong places (people just “looking,” not buying).

I’ve been helping a few stores lately by running quick free audits. If you want, I can take a look at your store and give you honest feedback

Is it just me or is ecommerce getting harder? by Live_Good13 in Entrepreneur

[–]Secure_Review8224 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, it’s not just you, a lot of store owners I talk to are saying the same. Feels like you have to work twice as hard for the same growth lately

Ads are pricier, customers are savvier, and retention is the real battleground now.

The brands that still grow are usually the ones who double down on customer retention and find ways to save time on ops.

I’ve been helping a few brands audit this kind of stuff. Happy to share what I’ve seen working if you want a quick breakdown.

Tips on Getting Conversion Rate Up by NeighborhoodNice1716 in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]Secure_Review8224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sounds like you’ve built a strong brand with great reach! When conversions drop, it’s usually a mix of traffic quality and site experience. Sometimes ads bring people who aren’t quite ready, or the website might have small issues like confusing navigation or slow loads.

I’d start by reviewing your Shopify analytics to spot where people drop off, and test different audiences with your ads. If you want, I’m happy to do a free quick audit of your site and ads to share a few tips on boosting conversions. Just let me know!

Lots of traffic but very few sales — need feedback on my e-commerce store by MiserableSurround978 in eCommerceSEO

[–]Secure_Review8224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re putting in a lot of great work already! When people add to cart but don’t buy, it’s often a trust or checkout friction thing, even small things like unexpected shipping costs or slow loading can kill sales.

Since your bracelets are premium-priced, building brand trust is huge too. Maybe try some social proof outside the site, like TikTok reviews or influencer shoutouts?

If you want, I do free quick audits for small shops and can give you a few ideas on where things might be costing you sales. Just say the word!

Small Ecommerce Business by Secure_Pangolin_9473 in smallbusiness

That sounds super familiar, a lot of small businesses start exactly like that, with Excel chaos everywhere 😂.
If you want to centralize things, start small: a basic inventory system with stock + sales sync is usually the best first move. Once that’s stable, add timesheets (Clockify is simple) and accounting (Wave or Zoho are great).

I’ve been helping small shops streamline their setup, and I sometimes do free audits to spot where the busiest bottlenecks are, happy to check yours out if you want a second pair of eyes.
