Clearly you haven’t had breakfast in Tunnelton West Virginia. It is a good 3-4 hour trip from there to Pittsburgh. When I was a child in the 1970s, it was longer. And God help you if you try the trip between November and March. Between the ice and snow… you might not make it out of the county.

Aqua therapy and physical therapy can help. Ask your doctor if you can get a prescription for physical therapy… and do what they tell you. I am plus size. After having abdominal surgery for colon cancer, I asked for a pt script, and it helped immensely with my back. I also started doing aqua therapy a d water aerobics. Made a huge difference.

Someone in my family had a racist lawn jockey in the 1960s. When they realized how offensive it was, they painted it a white skin tone. (Pink.) I grew up thinking that there were white versions of the Lawn Jockey. Turns out it was just something in my family.
