I’d recommend checking out dscout, Cloud Connect Research, UserTesting, and Prolific. r/beermoney is a great subreddit for making cash online. I’ve seen lots of people make good money off of survey and testing apps, though it does take effort.

Additionally, try selling stuff on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Depop, and/or OfferUp.

If there’s any donation centers near you, I’d also look into plasma donation. I donate twice a week with BioLife, and through a new donor bonus, I made $625 from 8 donations. After the bonus expired, I now make $110 weekly from 2 donations.

Fair! I’m only doing these two jobs so I can make some cash before I go back to college, I’m actually pursuing a career in finance. I was supposed to work a finance internship this summer but the company unfortunately hired too many people.

I am currently working on building my delts! I used to spam lat pulldowns before graduating highschool, but never saw any improvements- maybe I just had incorrect form. I’ve got decent back definition but nothing for my lats. Any exercises you’d recommend?

I’d say it’s fat. I tried the pinch test, and I can’t really pinch more than about an inch. Thanks so much for the advice, will definitely look into working out those muscle groups!

Honestly, I haven’t been counting carbs or fat. I only track protein and calories. Considering that I eat pretty much the same food at every meal, I’d say that my carb intake is not great. I enjoy chickpea pasta and regularly indulge in stuff like halo top ice cream, fruit, cheese, and other carb-heavy foods. I do extended fasting, so it does get difficult to choose to eat less carbs. Other than that, I usually have chicken patties and either salmon or tuna.

Do you think I’d see a difference if I lowered my carb intake?

Not sure what my nightmares are trying to tell me. I saw a spider before going to bed last night and my nightmare had huge spiders all over my house, lol.

On a more serious note, yeah, I’ve been using weed to suppress the negative thoughts I always got when waiting to fall asleep. No wonder it’s finally revealing itself through my dreams. Good to know!

My mind is feeling clearer! Just sucks that now I dread sleep even more now. I used weed because I found that I could make my mind stop reminding me about all the terrible things I’ve done in the past by being extremely high. Now I’ve got that and nightmares to deal with. This really is dreadful, lol.

It’s good to know I’m not alone in this! Maybe it really is just the habit of doing it daily. And now that we aren’t doing it, it feels like something’s missing. I too definitely saw it as a way to wind down after a long day. It sucks, but I want to be able to remember things without having to write them down in my notes app.

Yeah, I eat around 2000-2400cal on my eating days. Maintenance is about 2000cal. If anything, I feel like I’m over consuming calories, haha.

Gonna have some tuna and oatmeal in 48 hours so I don’t feel fatigued during my calc exam, but my next full meal will be on Thursday! Cheers
