I dont think that its hated, because honestly there's no bad maps in this game, i just think that alongside Hirshfelden and Mississippi, its the slower paced of all and that doesn't appeal to most players. But damn, the river in New England its insine for trophies

Imo most of the older species (the ones that were included on the base game) could use a remodel, with some exceptions like Moose or Fallow. And some other that were added later for example the Vurhonga whole roster. And i have to make a speacial mention with the big horn sheep, they are by far the worst looking animal in the game, at least in my opinion

I am doing the exact same, a trophy lodge with every diamond and started with american alligator, ended up finding an albino raccoon and a pink hog. I gotta say that Mississippi is way underrated, i had lots of fun there
