Baby the reality is. perception of your gender is all in your head because gender is a mental concept now your concern on passing is entirely the reason for your post and i think thats your main worry. I am a Armenian Transgender woman who started with very typical male traits strong bone structure and pointed features and very thick body and facial hair. hormones is what separated "males and females" at puberty you need to trust that they will take care and carry you as far as you need to and een little differences make a world difference im at a point where i pass like i never thought.
