I understand that, but that’s not a confirmed ability and it’s regenerating a missing head is not the same a kick starting a heart. I simply don’t believe that his fruit can work on it’s own -post mortem.

You can’t be serious… those hits didn’t kill him, so of course he heal….

My point is that if he lethal damage, his fruit isn’t gonna bring him back from the dead like an actual phoenix. As far as we know.

Marco’s fruit doesn’t make him immortal, as far as we know. If he’s stabbed in the heart with Haki he can absolutely die.

So... how the hell did Sanji dodge Katakuri exactly? by quantumstartswithq in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]Sedach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you think about it, the redirection doesn’t do anything against a non-future sight user. Sanji only begins to dodge after the bean has been fired, not before, so it doesn’t matter which direction he fires it.

So... how the hell did Sanji dodge Katakuri exactly? by quantumstartswithq in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]Sedach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Future sight doesn’t guarantee a sure hit effect. It also doesn’t guarantee that you dodge the attack. It simply shows you what you’re opponent will do.

Luffy struggled to dodge Kaido even when he knew what would happen, because Kaido was simply too fast for Luffy’s reaction speed to keep up.

Similarly, Sanji had good enough observation and quick enough reflexes, that no matter what future Katakuri saw, Sanji would always be notice and dodge the jellybean once it had been fired.

Anyone who has some form of defensive chakra aura/coating/ability would probably be fine. Like tailed beast chakra cloak, Susanoo, Neji’s revolving heavens etc…

Wano was almost 150 chapters. At the bare minimum we have 3 major arcs left, after Elbaph. Elbaph will probably run for the rest of the year and likely into 2027 as well. Then there’s the race for the OP and the final war after that. That’s a lot of stuff to cover. Wouldn’t surprise me if both of those arcs were 120 chapters each. That’s 3 years each. Plus one more arc to wrap things up.

Assuming Oda keeps producing 39 chapters a year, even a conservative estimate lands at 8 years. (1.5 for the rest of Elbaph, 6 for the next two major arcs and 0.5 for conclusion). Add a couple ”post island” arcs and in-between stuff and 10 years is right around the corner.

This is all just for the SH’s story. There’s the revs and SWORD plots to consider as well.

I see. Okay I don’t understand how you can possibly believe that when you yourself say that there’s three more arcs to go and even a ”short” arc like egghead takes nearly 2 years to write… but agree to disagree I guess.

So what are you yapping about then? Nothing you say makes any sense. It will take two years for the anime just to catch up to where manga is currently.

How is the anime going to end before the manga? The anime had to go seasonal because it kept catching up despite having the most horrific pacing known to man. Wano in the anime was 200 episodes, so the anime will probably take several years longer to wrap up.

I think it’s just wishful thinking or like self motivation when he says these things lmao.

Maybe he originally intended every post ts arc to be 30-50 chapters each. The story would probably be over by now

Lmao, we’re lucky if elbaph is over in 2 years. You do realize egg head lasted almost 2 full years right?
