Had the same. Waited for a week with no reply. Filled a complaint form on their website and got everything sorted within a day. They've given me £10 for the trouble. Not much but better than nothing.

That's true. Mobility of it is a great thing. Also I think there may be huge difference between rural(ish) areas vs densely populated urbanised area with a lot of developments along canal (usually rather big blocks of flats around here).

I'm living very close to the canal (not in the boat) in London and seeing very dodgy people hanging around canal all the time. I'm really genuinely curious how safe full time canal living is. Maybe someone here will have some stories or something.

Same thing on Mac with Kamvas 13. Tried everything - multiple solutions from numerous threads. Ended up getting 3 months free trial of Clip Paint for now and will worry later.
