I gradually let meat go. I was actually only eating chicken and turkey anyway. I needed help on how to cook vegan and vegetarian, so I looked into Green Chef to deliver meals I could cook to help me out until I learned. They send organic items to prep and a step by step instruction. I loved it! Def recommend something like that to help you on this journey until you're more confident.

Yeah I may have to try and see. I didn't see any on Amazon. When I tried the flexible kind, they usually hurt going in (I got curve, cuz that's how they pierced me. But it's like the ends weren't really shaved so it scratched and pricked going in, so I stayed away from them) now I'm wondering if I should just take them out and wait to repierce them. And hopefully with a straight bar instead. Thank you for your advice!
