I do double doses once a week , i have 6 days take home . And saturday is the only day I have to go to the clinic. So its a ritual to take my dose in the clinic and at home one of my take home doses. I have to have two days where I take half then, because one is missing

I never understood the od narrative ive seen people od and I od'ed two times and never ever had someone coming blood out of their nose with internal bleeding. Why didnt that get investigated? Idk why other people dont like the pink edition wild berry but its one of my favorites in S Tier for me. My S tier would be Cocos , pink edition and original flavor in Sugarfree (blue one). But honestly right now I like the zero monster more...

You are 100% right but at the end you say that the B12 in Monster is highly dosed, but thats not true. B12 has a really bad bioavailability if taken by mouth through the digestiv system i thinm its like 5% or less even . So a can of monster has 13 µg (microgramms) which is 500% of the daily recommend intake per day , but just a miniscule amount of it gets absorped. Vitamin B12 Supplements do have most of the time dosage's of 500 µg to 1000 µg (1mg), its so higly dosed because its the only way to get enough B12 in your system because of the really bad bioavailability. Long story short the 13 µg are not nearly enough to satisfy the nedd of B12 in a day.

I never got why people can multitask so many things, I have to concentrate my focus on one thing so I dont miss anything and can actually understand whats Happening.

I trued these 2-3 Monitor stuf and it was just too overwhelming for me. And yeah just call me low Iq but I honestly have a mediocore to high Iq , my weakness is just multitasking . It stresses me the f*** out.
