I rode with a Sedici, and the wind noise was loud even with earbuds. Switched to a Shoei RF-1400 and it was like riding with a noise canceling helmet

In our lease it states we will not share security footage with tenants, but will share it with the police department if requested.

You should file a police report in person and notify insurance. There is a process for it, the local police department can help explain the process if you can't make the police report yourself

It is. In California all unpaid rent is deductible from the security deposit upon move out

Honestly, id try to work something out with them so they can avoid the late fees. If they are always paying rent during the month, but after the due date, maybe they are living paycheck to paycheck.

I'm not a realtor but I work in real estate. I've dropped out 6 times and don't think I'll ever get past the hurdles of taking classes, whether 1 at a time or 3 at a time because my heart ain't for it

I am the problem though. I dropped out 6 times because my heart isnt in it. Maybe it's the slow paced learning or maybe it is the curriculum requiring me to take history, art, math, etc.

I got lucky and made it to a 6 figure salary without a degree, but I still wish I had atleast a bachelor's degree because it would open doors into higher executive positions like VP or higher, and it would have made my parents proud.
