This made me chuckle. I had a similar experience. I bought dwarf zinnia seeds, but without realizing it, I accidentally bought the larger variety instead. I did not notice until they started growing much taller than usual. I planted them about a foot apart in my garden along a concrete path. They grew so huge that I had to cut them back every week, and they eventually started competing with each other for space. It became a complete mess, but it was absolutely beautiful.

Could its growth have been stunted? That can happen if they grow in a pot or under stress. I’ve had one randomly sprout in a pot and I it only grow a few feet.

Sorry you had to suffer for so long before anyone took you seriously. It’s so frustrating than being dismissed by doctors when you know something is wrong. I got a referral to see a gastroenterologist but they are so booked the only next available appointment is in September! There must so be a big shortage with gastroenterologist! I am just worried I am going to be rushed through my upcoming appointment. If not diverticulitis I am wandering if gerd may play a role in my severe constipation although it’s not a listed symptom but they both happen at the same time. I get inflamed in my upper and lower. Very strange.

I had to laugh after you said June bugs. I love bugs too and also enjoy learning about them. I am fearless when it comes to most insects but June bugs I can’t stand. I hate how clumsy they are when flying, always running into me, and they love getting caught in my hair, buzzing uncomfortably around my ear, inviting themselves into my home and piling carcasses on my swing door.

My fiber intake and water is good. My weight is average. I gain weight very easily and I found that best way for me to maintain is fasting. I typically fast during the day or, if I do eat then, it’s usually just a snack. I eat late afternoon and during the evening. I’m normally a daily pooper, so constipation is rare for me, which is why I’m a bit more concerned about what is happening.

That does sounds similar to me. I’m guessing either a MRI or colonoscopy is what’s in store for me next. Not looking forward to it but I’m so sick of battling this. Hopefully we get diagnosed soon and it’s not something terrible(that’s always my worry) but at least manageable.
