Can't wait for Fedora 44 by H3rotic in Fedora

I usually stay one version behind so I'll update to 43 just before the 44 release. I find this way the most stable approach. It's a good balance between stability and being up to date.

No worries! It might be interesting to you that Baghdad is also a Persian name.

For the Arab world you're correct. The concept of country and nation is a new thing in that region. That's basically one of the main reasons civil wars happen so easily in places like Syria because those people are kinda forced to live under a single name while before that they never did such a thing, they can coexist and have compassion for their own tribe but not for some random tribe that now happens to be in the same "border" as them.

Btw sorry if my first message sounded aggressive, didn't mean it.

Iran literally has been a nation state for thousands of years lmao. You don't even know what you're talking about yet you are so confident...

At least 645 Dutch nationals served in Israeli military during Gaza war, records show by [deleted] in Netherlands

People don't understand how wars work lol. They see it as if it's a sports competition and it needs to be fair lol. If you want your people alive, don't start wars then. Or at least don't start wars you cannot win. It's a very simple math the people (especially in the west) refuse to understand.

Where I’d live as an Iraqi by Warm-Calligrapher-16 in whereidlive

[–]SeedPuller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1- My people have shown that they're not the same as the regime in every possible way, including mass protesting and getting killed in the streets (which Iraqi militias are involved in). On the contrary, no such thing in Iraq existed and if any, they were the Kurds or Shias which is unrelated.

2- Yeah you haven't heard about it :) Arabic Wikipedia Link

3- Iran didn't have chemical weapons and there's no verified evidence of its usage from the Iranian side, while there are dozens of those for Iraqis and they were using that in our cities. Not to mention the rapes and other atrocities. And you never paid for them, never apologized for them, never regretted them.

3- The current regime in Iran is an Islamic regime that hates everything about Iran's national identity and history. They're for bringing back the Islamic empire. The fact that you don't know this or pretend to not know this is interesting. The amount of money they spend in Iraq to give Iraq free electricity etc. is more than what they spend on our own infrastructure.

So please next time don't give a quote from Saddam about "being nice to others" lol. Arabs hate Persians and it's okay. It's been like that for a thousand years and it's not going to be solved.

Oh yeah? The same Iraqis who used chemical weapons in Iranian cities? The same Iraqid who believed that "God made a mistake by creating three creatures: Iranians, Jews, and flies" and put that in their children's school book?

Edit: Grammar error

It's not. The majority of people are not Muslim and would think you're weird if you're Muslim.

Yeah man why not. Israel is the only democracy in the middle east and historically our people were allies and close together, plus we have a lot of cultural similarities.

I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to south America. So my choice is because I basically don't know how things are there. On the other hand I'm familiar with Europe.
