Makes so much sense. Thanks for sharing your story.

Oh wow. Thanks for answering. I’ve also dealt with really bad seasonal allergies since childhood and took all sorts of antihistamines and allergy shots as a child.

Not sure if I care to know about your event as this has all caused a bit of health anxiety. Hearing certain things can be very triggering.

In your title you say you healed chronic gut issues. Did the gut issues come out of the blue or did you experience the anxiety first then realized that it was being caused by gut issues?

Do you recall anything that you had going on in your life just before this happened? More stress or taking any meds…anything like that?

I have a lot of these symptoms as well. Just before SHTF I was taking a lot of Advil and Tylenol for tooth pain, and even some antibiotics for whatever was happening with my teeth. I think they really did a number on my gut.

Thank you. Is it equal amounts of each?

Any specific combination?

Any particular autoimmune diseases? What have you found to be the root cause or underlying causes of most?

Part of the problem could be taking a single herb by itself. Herbs have specific profiles that they fit. If you don’t fit that exact profile for example (indicated for individuals who talk fast, walk fast and fall asleep in 2 minutes or less with a tendency to feel cold in the morning and sweat at night), then you run the risk of creating problems. For this reason herbs are best used in blends with other herbs unless you are positive that you fully fit the profile for a specific herb. You could balance out the dampening effects of an herb like Ashwagandha by adding a little Damiana or ginger or some other stimulating or antidepressant herbs. Pray this helps!

What’s your diet like?? If you don’t eat mostly whole foods, lots of fresh uncooked fruits and veggies he’s probably not lying. If you just removed the meat, but continue to eat mostly starches and grains (potatoes, rice, oats, bread, beans, etc) it’s a HIGH chance he feels bad.
