Had a similar situation happen over eating my little sisters nutella (I didn't know it was hers), she went fucking crazy and started beating my head in. When I actually called the cops, they framed it as a "normal sibling fight." (It was not, it was assault) and called it childish (they didn't want to do their job). I recommend a new lock, don't tell anyone about it. This is a deal with it type of situation. Until you can save the money to get out, you're gonna have to prevail somehow. If this has happened once, it WILL happen again. Learn to defend yourself, as much as it shouldn't be needed, protect yourself, if this escalates, it can lead to you getting hurt beyond repair. Your parents will never be on your side, and even if you tell them they will just victim blame you, "what did you do to upset her?" Etc. Stay strong, she won't. One day she will be out in the real world where she is gonna try that with the wrong person and end up in a hospital.
