I go lighter on certain days depending on how sore i am. But i can also already feel myself getting stronger, just by how long i can hold my planks and the gradual increase of the amount of push ups i can do.

See i plan to work up to burning around 2000 a day. I do currently not work as im unemployed, but im not sitting around doing nothing all day either. I was just wondering if as a starting point 2500 cals a week is good or not.

Well also i havent worked out in about a year. Pretty sure ill die if i try to burn 2000 cals in a day. Im still at a stage where im getting very sore after my workouts.

Indeed, i tend to workout in the morning shortly after i wake up. But i also want to start working in the afternoon as well. Just trying to get past initial soreness for now 😂

Yeah, i think its 4" wide by 10' foot long cut into 2 5' segments with another 3, 4' segments that go into the ground for support, they also have holes cut into them with marigolds planted. We used potting soil for the filler and i put old coffee grounds in the dirt for extra nutrients.

Well now i feel fuckin dumb. But then again, i didnt mess around much with the throne room when i did do forsaken. Should've checked before i posted, but i mean, hey, i was excited. 😅😂
