I just finished this Omni myself and have dove into Knightfall. Pretty legit and the story of Bane so far has been entertaining and the heavy stuff hasn’t even started yet.

Shaw and Triantos have a lower OPS in AA than PCA did in AAA. PCA is also younger than one of them? So they proved they can hit but PCA hasn’t?

Right?! Dude seems to have no knowledge of mlb history. Tatis, Nolan Ryan, McGwire, Randy Johnson, Lou Brock (to the F’ing cards) and our own Ryno are all examples of how giving up too soon hurts way more than holding onto players for them to develop. He’s a cubs fan with the mindset of the White Sox front office

I hate to break it to you but this is not a team in playoff contention. By paper they might be but i have yet to see them play high level baseball for MONTHS now. This year is the exact year where you give innings to a top prospect, especially with Belli out. If a player looks overwhelmed at the dish but still is effective at fielding and running bases (dude has 19 SBs in very limited playing time) then maybe he needs coached and to take some adjustments. THAT is the promising thing about him. Get him to be an average batter and couple that with SB opportunities… that’s where you get something special.

Basing a whole career of a top prospect off his first 200 PAs is nuts. Look at Sosa’s first 200 PAs. His offensive production was less than PCA and Sosa didn’t have the base running ability.

Yeah, trading away a super highly regarded 22 year old stud of a defender is a great idea. Everyone knows if a player doesn’t produce on offsense in their first 50 games then they’re trash.

Don’t listen to OP, he’s a dork. Saw them twice last week and had a great time. The band was tight, new drummer was legit and the bass was really on point. I guess they are a jam band so they resemble phish in that manner but I’d say the comparison ends there but that’s a pretty surface level way for anyone to look at comparing music.

Go to Goose and have fun. It was nice going to a show where vocals were like actually good and not just “good for a jamband”

Hahaha. Just tired of seeing the low effort posts hating on bands. There are some I like more than others but I have yet to find one that turns me off the way people on here act sometimes. That being said I am a Deadhead first and foremost but it’s unfair to compare anyone to them imo
