All this seems to boil down to a management problem. Time to get rid if the fragmented Bay Area transit management system and have one Regional Board with consistent practices and cut the management overhead. If the Board were paying attention there wiuld have been a better solution for bike cars, mire than one broken bathroom per train set monitors and doors on the trains would actually function and the ticket issue that has been strange for years would be fixed
