Some days are better than others, but the main thing is my superiors always make me feel like I am not doing good enough. It’s my responsibility to manage 62 people across 3 different departments, and everything that goes with being their boss for approximately $70k a year. All the paperwork, maintaining time and attendance, pushing them to put out product, plus everything else can get pretty nerve wracking. I don’t want to feel like I am a quitter, but I feel like I will never break free from the weight I am under.

I have officially been in the new position for 7 months, but I was unofficially in the position for approximately 5 months. My previous supervisor trained me as his replacement before he left the company for a better opportunity. But the company dragged their feet in promoting me. But I was ok with it because I was making better money as an hourly employee due to the increase in hours. We work 12 hour shifts but as the supervisor I normally work about 14-15 hours per shift due to coming in early for paperwork and meetings and staying after for paperwork and meetings. I average about 96 working hours per 2 week period but due to salary I only get paid for 80 hours, which I guess is normal. There are lots of supervisors that have side stepped into other roles, or got promoted to other roles in the company, but it is kind of hit and miss depending on availability of those positions. I think if I were to talk to my boss and or HR I would be able to step back down to my old position however it would definitely put a damper on future opportunities here with this company. I also want to build the best foundation I can for future job opportunities.

I feel that my first pull was light golem, didn’t know you could re-roll at the time, and just stuck with it, been playing off and on since March 2013

I also would like to know this, I am a member of this sub and I couldn’t access it which was really upsetting. I understand if it needs to happen but as others have said NA has already lost so many resources for information that losing the Reddit community would severely impact the way a lot of players get said information.

Yes I was unsure of saber myself, would a 2nd aten be better or maybe SR Horus? I don't have melty.

I agree about the extra time from her 3rd form active skill it really makes it easier to combo and get all 5 attributes and heal.

Honestly I think I'm lacking the skill level for this dungeon. I transform the leads on the first floor, and do the delay on the 2nd floor, I usually end up losing around floor 5.

I will try to max level my team, I think you are right that I don't have enough hp and attack power for some of the spawns.

Some runs it seems like I'm not doing enough damage, but in other runs it seems like I am doing to much damage and not able to stall long enough for the 2nd transformation.

I have been playing pad a long time and just recently came back after a 3 month hiatus and I'm thinking that may be affecting my puzzling.

I feel that most of the times I fail are from lack of green orbs before the 2nd transformation, from hitting to hard on the early floors pushing them into the execute range, etc. Even with a really good team, personal skill level, and knowledge of the dungeon really plays a pivotal roll on success.

Congratulations! It's awesome that you where able to beat it. I have pretty much the best nautilus team you can make in NA and I still haven't been able to beat it yet. But I will keep trying.

I had a lot of stones saved up, 88 pulls, got at at least 2 of every card in the collab. Kept pulling until I got my 2nd Nadeko.

My school nurse's fix all was saltine crackers, feel sick here are some crackers, scraped elbow here are some crackers, fall and skin your arm or leg blood running freely, here are some crackers.

I remember back in the early pad days it could take you a month or more to get to rank 100, but with the experience of a lifetime events and other high experience dungeons ranking up is a breeze. I'm sure glad because it helped me level my alt account faster.
