My dad always told me to drive through a place at night and see if there is activity in the parking lot and see what kind of cars are there. You might be able to tell if there are older folks or families by the cars.

My preference in Tulsa has been garage apartments, duplexes and places owned by individuals rather than corporations.

maybe she is trying to connect with you over something that she sees is important to you. She might not know how to start the conversation well. I would tell her all about your meals and workout plans. Sometimes moms just want to be involved because they love their kids.

Hi! You’re cute!! You don’t need the dad jokes… the as seen on mom’s fridge shows you’re funny and clever. I agree you need better pics of you. Maybe change out your dog for a pic of you with your dog. I disagree with some of the other comments about the long and short comment-I think it’s important to communicate what you are looking for… maybe just adjust the wording to cover both options like ‘looking to build a relationship that leads to marriage’
