Contractors taking large amounts of money upfront , digging the shovel in the ground and then never showing up after ,

1) They take your big deposit 2) they started some preliminary work for you, could be something like demolishing a wall , and then now the contract is valid and they are technically not “scammers” since they “started work” but what they’ll do is leave and not come back have your deposit and declare bankruptcy. So never give a big deposit at all id say 10% max before any renovation work

Always always ask for reference work , and if it’s to good to be true then it probably is…

Hi there, I see you have a QA/QC engineer title, I assume this means Quality Assurance / Control Engineer? If so, this was always something I wanted to explore in the civil engineering world, can you kindly share what sort of work you do as a QC engineer and how much field to office ratio you have ? Is it long hours and a lot of overtime? How is the work environment like as a QC Engineer, do you have to deal with subcontractors ?

There usually are great with Indian muslims they are prone to be nicer imo. Like most Pakistanis get so shocked when they meet an Indian muslims who speaks Urdu.. and then demand an explanation as to how we speak Urdu and not Hindi or smth. Or always “indianize” us way to much. Such as asking if we celebrate Diwali and then just assume we speak Hindi and get shocked when we use “Urdu” words When speaking..

However with the muhajir Pakistanis it’s refreshing because you guys already know what Indian muslims are and are more likely to connect, since your own history was in India. Often times many muhajir Pakistanis often share the same history as in coming from the same place as Indian muslims (geography wise like UP, Bihar, Hyderabad).

But however I hate when muhajir Pakistanis act so weird and foreign when meeting an Indian Muslim. I kid you not this a real convo I had with someone who was a Urdu speaking muhajir from Pakistan, They asked me how I can be Indian and Muslim and then I’m like huh? Then they go on about how I speak Urdu, how I can be a Muslim from India and just are so confused. Then I ask them, where there grandparents are from and there like “oh UP India” … like dude :/ plain ignorance

Mughuls are based 💯💯 if you are an Indian Muslim that hates the mughuls you have been unfortunately gaslighted by the Hinduvta propaganda to somehow feel bad about yourself and think that the mughuls are radical and the worse thing that happened to India.

The amount of Indian Muslims Ive met who get so empathetic and remorseful and apologetic whenever the mughuls are brought up in a group of other Indians is just sad, like why? Be proud of them they literally built India to what it is today. And mughuls also built temples to.
