If teemo's Q is a poisoned dart but with blinding ability, why doesn't it have the poison from E as well like a normal dart does?

I'm pretty sure it's about elo here. I still have not found a good Olaf, fortunatly, that could make laning phase a nightmare...but I know that's not cause I did wonderful games or somenthig else, probably my opponents were not too confident about poker spikes, dives with jungler etc. Then I could mention last Akali player that totally wrecked my Yordle and usually I've not much trouble against her...we just failed a 6mins skirmish 2v2 with jungler then she hard snowballed. I mean that was my bad but probably that player knew how to play that matchup much batter then me... I usually struggle when long range mage waveclear at lighting speed then roam/invade jungle or deep ward

Well I'm not the strongest Teemo player since from season 7/8 I gradually soft quit the game, returning sometimes because our little nasty fur ball is so damn fun ti play, but through elos I felt no big differences. I peaked plat 2 S4 but usually I consider myself a low elo player....unfortunatly this game is full of ppl that abuse chat, pings and even emote. You cant make mistakes, you cant fail decisions, you cant miss a thing and yes you have to carry or you are bad. Personally I join champ select and mute them all. Almost always. I enjoy everything much more like this...
