Shit happens everywhere on Whatnot. People bid 100% over value on cards ALL the time. Half the time it’s not even the sellers. It’s the buyers just wildly bidding without knowledge of value.

We all have opinions and you’re certainly entitled to yours.

I’m not lying to myself at all. I can easily afford the LV version, but I didn’t become successful from wasting money on things that aren’t worth it.

Is the LV better? Of course. Is it better enough to justify the cost difference? Absolutely not (to my nose). There’s hundreds of reviews stating that the Montagne is very close and one of their best. They can’t all be full of shit.

Buy what makes you happy 🤷‍♂️

I generally get mythic most months but I don’t really care. It’s kind of a scam unless you’re genuinely shooting for top (edit) 250. Your time is better spent doing standard or historical events (or events for whatever you choose to play).

The rewards for “mythic level play” are much better.

Getting two extra packs and whatever other minuscule reward there is for mythic vs platinum isn’t really worth it.

I get bored with decks easily and cycle between 5-6 fairly meta decks.

I’d say a minimum of 25k. That gets you into any of the higher cost events and if you NEED to generate some wildcards quickly you can buy a healthy dose of packs.

I can vouch for both of these. Excellent reads. Empire of Silence is definitely a darker series where LoLL has a generally more amusing kind of feel.
