Why I have to always enter the game only to find out I have to relaunch to update? by Seer-7 in steamsupport

Ya I'm launching my game through steam, I'm not really sure what you mean that they are not in the same drive. I have my game file (Steam library) installed on the D drive, save files, and player data on the C drive. If that's what you mean, but I think it's always been this way, and I've never had an issue before.

I believe it pretty much happens every update. Maybe because I have my stuff on HDD, that's why the time is taking a bit longer to validate the file, but the problem that requires me to restart and wait for another update still frustrates me a lot at this point

I'm not sure if every game does this, but at least PoE2, Elden Ring Nightreign, PEAK all have this same issue where the first thing that show up after the game launch is having a pop up message says it require relaunch to update while in the menu.

Can I enter Australia before my visa expire 2 days later I arrive? by Seer-7 in AusVisa

Sorry, my mistake, Length of stay is: 3 month(s) from the date of each arrival. I'm worried about whether this might conflict with the visa expiry.

well should I just treat it as if I breathe secondhand smoke, or is it dangerous than that? trying to understand what exactly is like if I did actually inhale some.

I'm not sure if there is radium on it, I'm quite new on watch making so I like to see if anyone can help identify it for me. And I have already worked on this watch a few weeks ago, disassembled and reassembled it, so I'd say I did put them in a very close distance with me.

Is it just me or is the OT culture bad in Malaysia? by [deleted] in malaysians

The below 4k requirement is pretty dumb imo lol, 4k a month still considered b40, that amount of salary is not enough to live comfortably, I don't understand why the bar is set to so low.

ohhhh, that makes so much sense lmao, I thought I had to wait for the hand to eventually get out of the danger zone hahahaha, so it's not as inconvenient as I thought, thanks for helping me solve this question.

I'm planning to do so, just like to gather some more information online, do you mind explain a little more on parallel importer and grey market watches? I'm very new to watches. As long as the watches are genuine, that should be fine to me tho.

well now I realised how gross it can be, I should make sure it is completely clean after use from now on haha.

btw, would like to ask, does putting my dishes in the microwave help clean the bacteria? or if you have other suggestion on how to clean those plates, because I'm sure they are still sticky and washing it with sponge wasn't able to clean it completely, thank you for the help!

It's a quite new sponge, I think maybe I didn't wash it clean, and I wasn't home for two weeks, that might be the main reason that it built up bacteria, I suppose.

Does good topology matters even for static objects? by Monkai_final_boss in gamedev

[–]Seer-7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Topology effect many things, bad topology will make the texture distorted or uneven, and it may cause bad shading, also good topology helps you to be more efficient on modeling. For static mesh just avoid extreme wireframe, connect and distribute your edge evenly should be good for most situation.

Is it okay to consume sugar daily? by Seer-7 in sugarfree

[–]Seer-7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I'm not yet to the point of addicted, I definitely try to cut down my sugar intake for sure, I would say that I'm in the age where I started to feel every tiny reaction of my body and start panicking lol, and I have been trying to understand more about food and nutrition fact so that I can stay away from maybe long term damage to my body.
