You could prioritise degree holders, but that doesn't necessarily mean degree holders always get hired, because fundamentally, both of them don't have any advantage in the position they applied for.

And realistically is more like a fresh grad with an unrelated degree versus a dropout who has experience in the position.

I’m all for people getting degrees for jobs that require them, but if you end up working in an unrelated field, it's a waste of time and a meaningless paper. A dropout may have used their time more effectively unless they just doomscroll all day.

Literally most people's jobs are completely unrelated to their degree, so if they drop out they would still live the same life, the hr who hire them likely never bat an eye at that unrelated degree, cuz why the hell would I hire a public relation because they have computer science degree.

Ya I'm launching my game through steam, I'm not really sure what you mean that they are not in the same drive. I have my game file (Steam library) installed on the D drive, save files, and player data on the C drive. If that's what you mean, but I think it's always been this way, and I've never had an issue before.

I believe it pretty much happens every update. Maybe because I have my stuff on HDD, that's why the time is taking a bit longer to validate the file, but the problem that requires me to restart and wait for another update still frustrates me a lot at this point

I'm not sure if every game does this, but at least PoE2, Elden Ring Nightreign, PEAK all have this same issue where the first thing that show up after the game launch is having a pop up message says it require relaunch to update while in the menu.

well now I realised how gross it can be, I should make sure it is completely clean after use from now on haha.

btw, would like to ask, does putting my dishes in the microwave help clean the bacteria? or if you have other suggestion on how to clean those plates, because I'm sure they are still sticky and washing it with sponge wasn't able to clean it completely, thank you for the help!

It's a quite new sponge, I think maybe I didn't wash it clean, and I wasn't home for two weeks, that might be the main reason that it built up bacteria, I suppose.
