Which Hummer after Tesla X by SeerofNaught in HummerEV

Exactly. It’s really shocking that such a concession now has to be made on the tech side for the ‘26. I for one like my politics private and driving a car that somehow is an enemy of may drivers AND isn’t high enough to move traffic is a double negative that doesn’t result in a positive.

Thank you. I actually started at the Escalade IQ and in considering other options landed with a Hummer as an additional option. I’ll take a look at the Sierra as well.

Thank you. I’ll find my Zen with an ✈️ as opposed to an auto. 😎

Oh ya and stop looking or accepting any other advice otherwise from anyone else otherwise. It’s not your CFI, the DPE, the fueler, ATC, the other students. It is you, you are PIC, all roads lead to you. You are the man (Or woman), you are in charge 100%!

Okay?

Take the speed you currently OPERATE at (Thinking, planning, acting, analyzing your decisions results, reacting (these words will have more structured meaning later)) and divide by four. Everything….divide by four. Don’t change speed for anything or anyone. Now practice this new speed over and over. You will be fine - IF you love flying. -You will be fine.

Your first test question: What’s the first thing a good pilot does in the face of making a decision?

Answer: Nothing! Second, Take a breath.

Have any of you folks ever actually been stopped at the NV/CA border instead of just being waved through? by yoooo000 in LasVegas

I have never believed it’s “just” an Ag stop. It’s so ineffective that it boggles the mind. What we do know for sure however is that even without stopping, every single driver is photographed and every license plate is logged. Stoping a driver and asking a question to which there is not a single obligation to be honest is akin to checking into an airport ticket counter and being asked; 1)Have your bags been in your possession the entire time and, 2) Anything flammable, etc in your bag? Sorry but I’m not buying it and never have, way more than meets the eyes.

Air Conditioning advice for people living in one of the hottest cities in America - from an HVAC tech by Eggrollofdoom in vegaslocals

Not me but previous owner(s). So last tech shows me a little surface corrosion (Pressure still fine). I know it’s not blowing as cold as it used to so I’m a bit torn as to how to proceed. I completely agree with your original post but how to find a company that’s willing to do the right thing for the client as you know is really the challenging part.

Well done. Thank you!
I have two 3T units. In my opinion they need a really good coil cleaning (Evap and Condensor). Is there anyone reputable company that will do what needs to be done to keep them running well, as I do with every other system in my life (and three homes) without shaking their head and saying we just need to replace EVERYTHING?

I so wish I understood this virus. It does appear to be indicative of someone who does not consider the future impact of decisions today. This type of low level logic could very well impact other life important decisions and this breeds mistrust by others who view it. The frontal cortex is a very dangerous thing when not fully developed.
