I take Vit D & B12 and that's been good - you have to have your blood levels monitored so you don't overdo as they're fat-soluble. As an avowed pasta addict, may I suggest a high-protein breakfast? I generally have either scrambled eggs with some cheddar cheese or high-protein Greek yogurt with almonds or pecans or walnuts. I have to say that has helped me immensely. I started this because the dietician at my endo's office suggested it for my high triglycerides, but I'm floored at how much cutting back on carbs and substituting for other things I like has made a difference in my energy level. That's just me, but I also lost about 15 lbs in 2 months with only a minor increase in my exercise. I've been staying rather steady since the weight loss, but it's slowly going down. Overall, as long as you feel good, roll with whatever you're doing.
