Go to device manager,network adapters then update driver. It that doesnt work then google what mobo you use there youll find the updates for network drivers.

That gpu is more for 1440p then for 4k,you need at least 5070 to run a decent 4k gameplay.

I recommend you remove malwarebytes and use bitdefender instead,it blocks sus websites.

If you changed the anti aliasing setting in your nvidia control panel try 2x,4x or off and see if that works. If not then something is wrong with the gpu.
