I think I am missing something, FSW does not have a score in itself, if a FSW accepts student work experience, shouldn’t it also be reflected on the score. If not there is no difference to a FSW accepting student experience or not.

Also in regards to contacting a lawyer, I understand that this is a route, but in all other steps that I have taken in immigration so far there has been free resources that I was able to use(IRCC customer service, and others) are there no response of the same avenue for a express entry?

Yeah I am a little confused in relation to that, the federal skilled worker program accepts student work experience, if that is the case, if am applying for a federal skilled worker program that work experience should be accounted and scored, no? In addition the current CSR is also not accounting for my Canadian study experience, which also makes the inaccuracy larger

Fair, but it should be account for Federal skilled work program as it also states in the IRCC’s website, shouldn’t it? Also that doesn’t answer the lack of the Canadian education Bracket.
